WWE Superstars : Tamina vs Natalya

the bell rings and the two intense Divas go at it almost instantly, locking up in a very physical way. Tamina gets the upper hand initially, circling behind Natalya and locking her arms around her waist. Natalya tries to bump her way out of it and is soon behind Tamina. Natalya with a blow to the back of the head which does not amuse the Samoan princess in the slightest as she gaves Natalya an “Oh, it’s on now, b*tch!” face. Natalya attempts to hightail it with Tam-Tam (hey, it’s a better nickname than “Tampon”) in hot pursuit. As the referee tries to hold Tamina back, the villainous Natalya runs at her with a big boot to the stomach, followed by a forearm and side headlock. Tamina whips Natalya off the ropes but gets charged down to the mat by the former Divas Champion. Natalya runs the ropes as Tamina first lays on the mat before leaping over the third-gen Diva to avoid collision, but she soon has the upper hand by striking Nattie down to the mat. Tamina channels her father with the pose & “woo”.
Tamina with a pin attempt but Natalya kicks out and then scurries to the corner. Tamina is once again hot on her tail but the referee keeps the pair apart. This allows Natalya to gather her bearings and she manages to take control by cutting Tamina down to size and hitting her head off of the second turnbuckle. The Hart Dynasty Diva picks Tamina up for a suplex and it seems like she’s going for a slingshot off the top rope but perhaps can’t hit it due to Tamina’s weight, so she ends up hanging Tamina over the top rope and laying in a big boot to the midsection.
Natalya begins workr Tamina noing ovew with and eventually applies an abdominal stretch trying to wear Tamina down. The second-gen Diva begins to fight back, elbowing her way out of the move and eventually is back on her feet. Tamina with a hip toss on Natalya. However, the former Divas Champ quickly recuperates and hits Tamina with a nice clothesline. Natalya then goes for not one, but two pin attempts before smashing Tamina’s head against the mat out of sheer frustration. Natalya then applies the fantastic Pin-Up Strong submission, perhaps my favorite submission that Natalya has shown us over the past four years or so, as she tires Tamina out. Natalya eventually breaks the hold and again smashes Tamina’s head against the mat with some smack talk. Natalya goes for a legdrop but Tam-Tam moves out of the way as Nattie lands on her glutes. Ouch!
Natalya tries to run at Tamina but the second-gen Diva has this scouted and hits her with a nice big boot. Tamina with some really nice hard chops to Natalya followed by a jumping headbutt which sends Natalya straight to the mat as the Samoan Diva riles up the crowd.
Tamina goes for the superkick but Natalya counters and tries to go for the Sharpshooter, however, Tamina skillfully manages to roll Natalya up into a small package, nearly having the match won, but Natalya kicks out.
Tamina with a Samoan drop. She struggles to get to her feet and after what feels like a lifetime, she finally gets to the top for the Superfly Splash, but by this time Natalya has recuperated and knocks Tamina into a precarious position. Natalya seems to be going for a superplex but Tamina is not budging. The Samoan princess headbutts Natalya off the turnbuckles and this time Tamina manages to hit the Superfly Splash for the 1, 2, 3… Tamina picks up her third consecutive win over the third-gen Diva!

Impact Wrestling Recap : Madison Rayne vs Mickie James Cage Match

Cage Match: Mickie James vs Madison Rayne

Gail walks off before the match, leaving a perplexed and terrified Madison alone to face Mickie in the cage. Mickie goes right after Madison, yanking her down by the hair and plowing over her with a clothesline before putting the boots to her in the corner. Madison tries to climb out of the cage, but Mickie carries her out to the middle of the ring and hits a sitout powerbomb. Mickie looks like she's dropped some weight recently and looks in good shape as she hits a snapmare and running boot to the face for 2. Mickie catches Madison in the Tazmission, and Taz just describes the hold and says she might get a submission out of it, completely no-selling how many matches he's won with that very same hold. Madison does manage to escape and PUNTS Mickie square in the face. DAMN THAT WAS UGLY! We're at commercial while Mickie pulls her jaw out of her nose.

Okay, we're back and Mickie has recovered enough to fire off several forearms in the corner, but Madison goes to the eyes and tries to climb the cage. Mickie drags her down and hits a flapjack and tries to go to the top rope, but Madison nails her and hits a neckbreaker over the top rope. Madison grinds Mickie's face into the cage and hits a snap suplex, then rolls through and gets a textbook neckbreaker for 2. I was hoping she'd do two more suplexes so I could call in the Three BFFs, but alas. Madison yanks Mickie down to the mat by the hair, then humps Mickie's face repeatedly into the mat, or as Mike Tenay calls it, a scissor stomp. Madison goes to a rear chinlock, Mickie tries to fight out, but Madison gets a kneelift to the ribs and shoots her to the corner, charges in with a running knee, then a spinning bulldog puts Mickie down on the mat. Madison yells at Mickie to get up and then whips her to the corner, following in with a butt splash a la Yokozuna, albeit with far less mass to do damage with. Indeed, Mickie still has enough to hit a neckbreaker out of nowhere, and Madison slams her face into the mat, but Mickie elbows her and then repeatedly slams Madison's face into the mat. They go strike for strike before Mickie connects with a series of clotheslines and forearms, but Madison again breaks the momentum by going to Mickie's eyes. Madison with another kick right to the head and covers Mickie for 2, then mounts her and drills several right hands into the skull of Mickie. Madison tries to ram Mickie into the cage, but Mickie reverses and sends Madison into the steel with an audible thwack, then does it again before hitting the spike DDT for the win.

Maryse Explains Why She Left WWE

- Former WWE Diva Maryse recently spoke with RadarOnline.com Here are a few highlights:

Radar: Why did you decide to leave WWE?

Maryse: I had a great six years with WWE, I was just ready to do something else. I have aspirations and there's other stuff I want to work on, so I decided to go. That and for the simple fact that I didn't want to be with the WWE for 25 years. I was there six years, I had my run, I wanted bigger and better things.

Right now, I'm working on other stuff -- especially my fashion line, that's taking a lot of time. Plus, living in Los Angeles, there's so many other options, so I decided to jump. It's exciting.

Radar: You said in a recent interview you would not be going to [wrestling promotion] TNA; why?

Maryse: I decided to leave wrestling for other aspirations I have. I'm not going to go to TNA, I'm loyal to WWE -- it wouldn't make any sense!

Toxxin and Jackie Moore Released by Impact Wrestling

TNA has officially removed Jackie Moore nd Toxxin from its online roster page.
Veteran WWE and TNA star Jackie revealed ast year that her contract was set to expire, and that she didn’t expect it to be renewed as she hadn’t heard from TNA. Prior to her departure, Jackie hadn’t been used on TV for some months.

Meanwhile, Toxxin, better known as Christina Von Eerie , hasn’t been seen in recent months either. Her real life boyfriend, Jesse Neal, left TNA last year, so it looks as though TNA has parted ways with both Neal and Von Eerie. Neal recently stated tat Christina was not under a contract and didn’t know if TNA had any future plans for her.

Toxxin debuted in October prior to the Bound for Glory pay per view and made a few appearances before disappearing from television. Jackie returned with ODB last summer as outsiders in a feud with Velvet Sky. The pair were placed in a storyline where they tried to earn contracts to become full-fledged Knockouts once again. They succeeded, but ironically, Jackie wasn’t seen on TV again after ‘earning her contract’.
