    3. Madison Rayne

On January 9, 2011, at Genesis, Rayne successfully defended the Women's Knockout Championship against Mickie James, following interference from Tara.Later that same month, Rayne debuted a new gimmick of a beauty queen and dubbed herself the "Queen Bee of the Knockouts".

Around this time she also began using a loaded glove as her signature weapon to knock out her opponents. The following month at Against All Odds Rayne again successfully defended her title against James, this time in a Last Knockout Standing match, after another interference by Tara.Afterwards Rayne, claiming to now be done with James, announced the beginning of an open challenge series intended to find her new opponents, and, as part of it, successfully defended the Women's Knockout Championship against former knockouts ODB, Roxxi and Alissa Flash.

On the March 17 edition of Impact!, Rayne was challenged to a one last title match by Mickie James, which she accepted with the added stipulation that should James fail to beat her, she would have her hair shaved off. On April 8, Rayne became the longest reigning TNA Women's Knockout Champion in history by breaking the previous record of 178 days, set by Awesome Kong. On April 17 at Lockdown, Rayne lost the Women's Knockout Championship to Mickie James in a steel cage Title vs. Hair match, ending her reign at 188 days.During the past months, Tara had begun feeling uncomfortable over the brutality of Rayne's attacks towards James and when Rayne asked for a rematch for the Women's Knockout Championship, James agreed to give her one on the condition that should she be unable to regain the title, Tara would be released from her exclusive contract with Rayne.

On May 15 at Sacrifice, Rayne failed in her attempt to regain the Women's Knockout Championship, when Tara turned on her.
Rayne attacked Tara on the June 9 edition of Impact Wrestling, costing her and Mickie James their tag team match against Angelina Love and Winter. The two faced each other in a singles match on the July 14 edition of Impact Wrestling, where Tara was victorious after distracting Rayne with her tarantula Poison.[56] Rayne returned on the September 29 edition of Impact Wrestling, defeating Tara to earn a shot at the Women's Knockout Championship at Bound for Glory. On October 16 at Bound for Glory, Rayne was defeated by Velvet Sky in the four-way title match, which also included Mickie James and Winter.

On the following edition of Impact Wrestling, Rayne aligned herself with Gail Kim and the Vice President of the Knockouts Division, Karen Jarrett. On the November 3 edition of Impact Wrestling, Rayne and Kim defeated Brooke Tessmacher and Tara to win the Knockouts Tag Team Championship. The following week they made their first title defense, defeating Mickie James and Velvet Sky. After Karen Jarrett was, in storyline, fired from TNA on the December 15 edition of Impact Wrestling, Rayne took over her role as the Vice President of the Knockouts Division, until Sting revoked her power on December 29 episode of Impact Wrestling.
